Recommend for a mini-vacation

Comfortable room, clean pool, great breakfast, and the whole stay was very nice with a wonderful selection of food and a convenient location for exploring the city.

We loved our stay in the spacious King Studio Suite with the amazing mountain view and made great use of the heated pool during our evening relaxation. Right after breakfast, we enjoyed lounging by the poolside and taking in the serene atmosphere. The only bummer was that the sofa wasn’t a sleeper, which would've been handy for our kids! 🌞

I dug the homemade pasta from a nearby spot—so fresh it almost danced! The King Suite was a solid hangout. My pup was welcome! Can't beat that vibe. The staff was professional and friendly, and being pet-friendly also sealed the deal for me.

The location is a bit far from downtown Palm Springs—15 minutes in an Uber.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We relaxed at the pool and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Took day trips to San Diego's beautiful beaches and explored Orlando's theme parks which were both a blast! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Perfect spot for a group vacation with amenities galore. Would recommend it to anyone!

Our room was skipped by housekeeping one day, which was frustrating. They did clean it the following day, but didn’t restock the coffee or toilet paper. Just a minor hiccup, but worth mentioning for future guests.

I noticed some noise from other guests in the hallways, which disrupted my sleep occasionally. The fitness center had good equipment but felt cramped. On one day, housekeeping missed my room for cleaning, which was annoying. I had to call the front desk for fresh towels. The staff were friendly but could have been more attentive during busy times. The pool area looked inviting but felt crowded on the weekend. I enjoyed my stay but think improvements could enhance the experience.

The $10 daily parking fee feels like a forced cash grab, especially since the hotel sits in a location that screams for complimentary parking, given the lack of other visitors. Getting in and out of the bed in the King Suite can be a tight squeeze due to a 6" gap—something to consider for anyone who doesn’t want to shuffle awkwardly. The A/C units are noisy individual units rather than a central system, which means your comfort might come with some background noise. Plus, if you’re looking for peace, thin walls could ruin your relaxation as you hear snoring from the next room.
